We will normally deliver your goods within 48hrs subject to availability; We will inform you of any delays beyond this timescale.
We use a variety of delivery methods to fulfil the delivery contract including courier, specialist carrier, manufacturer or a specially contracted delivery service. The delivery method We have used will be allocated to Your order when a delivery date is chosen. Delivery charges are from £5.00 ex vat per item mainland UK however, due to the size and weight this price may increase slightly. If you are ordering in quantity we do offer delivery at a subsidised price with it being just the one drop. All delivery charges are inclusive of insurance.
Delivery will be made to the address specified on the initial order. We can deliver products to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Scottish Isles address from Monday to Friday. Subject to availability; delivery will normally be 1 – 5 working days from the confirmation of order for smaller items. Most domestic appliances are normally delivered directly from the manufacturers. We will do Our best to ensure delivery within 30 days of Your order.
Accepting The Delivery
All Goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult of at least 18 years old. If You are unable to accept delivery on the agreed date You must notify Us by e-mail or telephone at least 48 hours before the planned day of delivery. If You do not notify Us within this time, or the items have already been dispatched, a failed delivery fee may become payable this would equate to a further delivery charge. Thereafter You are required to contact us to rearrange delivery.
Any shortages must be clearly marked on the delivery docket at the time of delivery by entering the number of parcels received and the number missing. Any losses or discrepancies which should have been obvious at the time of delivery without opening the packaging which are notified later and not recorded at this point will not be considered.
Please note: On occasions deliveries will be made on pallets and the customer is responsible for the disposal of the pallet should the delivery driver leave it.
