This information has been gathered over the last 13 years by a dedicated member of staff, to enable us to offer our clients and prospective customers all our latest up to date offers.
KPMS dont purchase 3rd party data bases.

All customer data is stored securely in locked cabinets and on our company server. Any bank details that we need to pay monies are not held or stored at KPMS office’s but are stored on our bank site. Invoices and all other legal documents are stored for six years and then professionally shredded using an external company.
KPMS offices are fully alarmed and the site is covered by CCTV and manned by security guards. All windows have bars and all staff need electronic passes to enter and exit the building.
GDPR is designed to ensure that any personal information held by KPMS is legally necessary, allowed for business purposes and that we have the individuals agreement.
The individuals personal information should be protected and secure. The individual has the right to ask what information is held by us and we have to tell them. They also have the right to ask us to remove their data from our system, and we have to.
Keeping staff informed
KPMS will strive to ensure that all GDPR and ICO recommendations are adhered to, and staff are given all relevant information to enable them to make correct judgements with regards to customer confidentiality and personal data.
