Returns

Where a replacement or refund has been deemed appropriate, this can only be processed once the original goods are returned to Us in their original state and condition. All instruction manuals, accessories and cables must also be back in Our possession or the cost of replacing such items will be charged to You.

Goods ordered in error can be returned to us for refund but may be subject to a re-stocking fee and where applicable less any carriage charges incurred by ourselves

Damaged In Transit Items (Rejected)
In the event that Your order is visibly badly damaged on delivery, do not accept the delivery and enter on the driver sheet “damaged” along with a brief description of how or where the item is damaged. Ask for and retain a copy of the delivery sheet before returning the goods with the carrier along with the original packaging to prevent further damage. You must Inform us of any damages within 24 working hours of delivery to enable a swift replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit Items (Accepted)
If You do happen to accept delivery of goods and discover they are damaged, DO NOT USE THE GOODS. You must inform Us via phone or e-mail within 24 working hours of the date of receipt describing the damage in as much detail as possible, photographs are often a good way to communicate specific damage. To use the goods will be construed as Your acceptance and will restrict Our ability to replace or refund You for the item. You must retain all original packaging.

Goods Faulty on Arrival
If Your goods are faulty i.e. “dead on arrival”, You have 7 days to inform Us of the fault via phone or e-mail. When the fault has been verified, You are entitled to a replacement or repair of the goods, or where this is not possible or would result in disproportionate cost to Us, a refund via Your original payment method. If You choose to claim a refund We will issue this once the items have been returned with all accessories and instruction manuals.

Defective/ Faulty Goods
If Your appliance develops a fault or becomes defective and is within the stated warranty period, the following procedures will apply.

If a fault occurs after 7 days of the delivery date the normal manufacturer warranty will apply. In the first instance contact the manufacturer to assess the fault and offer assistance in rectifying the problem. If this does not lead to a satisfactory conclusion You may contact Us via phone or e-mail and We will arrange an inspection to determine whether repair, replacement or a refund is deemed fit.

Trouble shooting
Should You encounter a problem with the item purchased We recommend that Your first port of call is to consult with the instruction manual supplied with the product, as many appliance manuals contain a wealth of information and trouble shooting advice. If no solution is found please contact Us or the Manufacturer.

TFT/LCD Monitors and televisions
The screen on TFT/LCD displays is made up of a fixed number of thousands of tiny pixels. A 15″ flat-screen for example, has 786423 pixels. Each pixel comprises of three sub-pixels (red, green and blue). Therefore on the 15″display above, there’s almost 2.4 million dots in total. Behind each pixel is a transistor and when a transistor fails it manifests itself as a bright, dark or coloured dot on the screen that stands out from the others.
